The Bus Control Dispatcher provides safe, reliable service to the Authority’s patrons by quickly and accurately responding to, processing, and coordinating communications of routine and emergency requests for assistance and information. Using various communication equipment, the incumbent employs preventive and proactive strategies to optimize bus service reliability, transmitting information to required personnel, and recording pertinent data on required reporting forms.
