A leading appliances retailer in the United Kingdom is seeking a Resource Planning Analyst to manage team schedules and forecast call volumes effectively. This role will involve analyzing performance data, optimizing resource allocation, and providing insights that enable smart decision-making. As a Resource Planning Analyst at AO, you’ll play a key role in making sure our sales team runs like clockwork. You’ll create accurate forecasts for call volumes and sales, plan resources across the team, and optimise shift patterns to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll monitor real‑time performance, spot variances between forecasted and actual figures, and ask the big questions: Why are more customers calling than expected? Is this spike in sales a short‑term trend or something bigger? Your insights will help us make quick, smart decisions that keep our customers happy and our teams performing at their best.
