Job Overview

As a Resource Planning Analyst at AO, you’ll play a key role in making sure our sales team runs like clockwork. You’ll create accurate forecasts for call volumes and sales, plan resources across the team, and optimise shift patterns to keep everything running smoothly. You’ll monitor real‑time performance, spot variances between forecasted and actual figures, and ask the big questions: Why are more customers calling than expected? Is this spike in sales a short‑term trend or something bigger? Your insights will help us make quick, smart decisions that keep our customers happy and our teams performing at their best.

  • Managing adherence and optimizing team schedules
  • Analysing call volumes and actual sales against forecasts
  • Tracking and managing holiday requests
  • Monitoring real‑time performance and data
  • Producing reports for management and stakeholders
  • Asking the right questions to understand variances and trends
