A mortgage company in Glasgow seeks a Loan Officer to operate remotely, offering uncapped commissions. The ideal candidate will have an NMLS/MLO license and a successful track record in developing referral partner relationships. Responsibilities include managing a team or working individually, with support from Corporate. Strong relationship-building and sales skills are essential.

- Proven track record developing referral partner relationships.
- History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations.

- Grow and manage a team of loan officers.
- Utilize administrative and operational support provided by Corporate.

Add additional LO's to your team OR act as an individual LO. Licensed in 28 states and growing. Administrative, operational and compliance support provided by Corporate.

- Operate with uncapped commissions and access loan products for all borrower types.
- Grow and manage a team of LO’s or operate as an individual LO.
- Utilize administrative, operational, and compliance support provided by Corporate.
- Proven track record developing referral partner relationships with Realtors, CPAs, Financial Planners, etc.
- Maintains a database of past clients for marketing purposes.
- History of closing at least 3-5 units per month.
- An active NMLS/MLO license (required).
- Strong knowledge of lending regulations and industry best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess complex financial information.
- Sales-oriented mindset with a commitment to achieving targets.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
- Proficient in relevant software and tools.
