- Respond to service user feedback, complaints, and enquiries in line with Council standards.
- Degree/Masters in Social Work and SWE registration
- Strong knowledge of UK social care legislation and safeguarding procedures
- Previous experience managing or supervising social workers
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
