Job summary
A top tier consultancy firm is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their remote team. You will contribute to Back Office tasks and play a crucial role in solving problems by following proper protocols. Candidates must have prior customer service experience and the ability to speak Welsh to effectively communicate with stakeholders. This role offers a 6-month contract with pay ranging from £12 to £16 per hour, based on experience.
