• Provide direct support to end users via Teams and LogMeIn
• Resolve Dynamics GP incidents within SLA timelines
• Replicate and troubleshoot issues in test environments
• Collaborate with internal analysts and external support teams
• Report bugs and system errors with clarity and precision

• 3+ years' experience supporting Dynamics GP
• Strong understanding of GP processes and business workflows
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience with SQL and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision
• Fluent English speaker

• Start: ASAP
• Contract: Freelancer
• Contract length: 12 months + extension
• Workload: Full-time
• Location: Full remote from everywhere in the world
• Working time: UK Time zone
