An exciting position has opened with the Merchandising team at Warner Bros. Studio Tour – The Making of Harry Potter.
The Merchandising team plays a critical role in supporting a large global omnichannel business, helping to bring the magic alive across all Warner Bros. Studio Tour locations in the UK, Japan and North America, including the Studio Tour, Platform 9¾ stores and our e‑commerce operations at our online Harry Potter Shop (www.harrypottershop.co.uk).
As Junior Merchandiser you will take ownership for a major category line, working in conjunction with the Senior Manager, Merchandising to maximise sales and margin through effective management of stock. You’ll help drive the business forward by collaborating with the Buying team, using strategy, insight, planning and reviewing product and store performance.
Drive Sales & Margin: Manage stock and merchandising strategies to maximise profitability.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with Buying, Product Development, Logistics and e‑commerce teams to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Supplier Management: Negotiate with suppliers, maintain relationships and ensure cost-effective stock movement.
Data & Trend Analysis: Monitor sales, market trends and competitor activity to forecast demand and optimise product ranges.
Stock Control & Planning: Oversee intake plans, purchase orders, availability targets and markdown strategies to maintain accurate inventory.
Leadership & Development: Support and train team members, deputise for the Senior Manager and contribute to range planning and business reviews.
Onsite Working – This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD/your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where essential to business needs and with reasonable notice.
