About The Job

As a Sr HRBP Manager, you’ll work side‑by‑side with senior leaders in Twilio’s engineering org to craft bold talent strategies that grow organizational capabilities, evolve ways‑of‑working, and fuel a culture built to deliver world‑class CPaaS products. You’ll report directly to the HRBP lead for the Chief Product Officer and join a group of high‑impact HR peers. This role is custom‑built for someone who thrives in a product‑development environment and is motivated to drive organizational success.

Responsibilities

This role brings energy, insight, and action to every challenge by:

  • Taking a consultative, data‑driven approach to uncover opportunities
  • Using analytics and insights to drive timely, targeted outcomes
  • Building high‑ROI programs, ranging from org design, workforce planning, and culture curation
  • Partnering closely with HR COEs to ensure your functional talent strategy syncs with cyclical programs
  • Turbo‑boosting your productivity with sensible usage of AI tools

  • Maintain a strong say:do ratio and uphold confidentiality
  • Activate effective executive coaching skills
  • Leverage deep understanding of engineering orgs to shape outcomes

Required
  • 10+ years of HRBP experience and 4+ years partnering with software engineering or product management teams
  • Deep knowledge of engineering orgs, including operating models, methodologies, roles, and trends
  • Proven ability to deliver scalable, high‑ROI, business‑first people programs
  • Exceptional communication, coaching, and relationship‑building skills
  • Energized by learning, solving complex problems, and driving results
Desired
  • Experience partnering with internal OE consultants and/or HCM strategy firms
  • Background working within HRBP teams that build and drive functional talent strategies
Location

This role will be remote, Canada and is eligible to be hired in Ontario, BC or Alberta.

Travel

We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, approximately 10% travel is anticipated to help you connect in‑person in a meaningful way.

The estimated pay ranges for this role are as follows:

  • Based in British Columbia: $118,200‑$147,700

The successful candidate’s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non‑discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location.
