Our leading Web3 client is seeking a talented Blockchain Developer with a specialization in decentralized finance (DeFi) to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing, developing, and integrating blockchain solutions for DeFi protocols, focusing on swaps and decentralized exchange (Dex) aggregators. • Design, develop, and integrate blockchain solutions for decentralized finance (DeFi) protocols, including swaps and decentralized exchange (Dex) aggregators.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and implement seamless blockchain integrations.
• Conduct comprehensive code reviews and offer valuable insights to team members for continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the DeFi space, ensuring solutions adhere to industry standards and security best practices.
• Optimize blockchain integrations for performance, scalability, and gas efficiency to enhance user experience.
• Implement robust automated testing frameworks and continuous integration pipelines to ensure code reliability and maintainability.
• Actively engage in community discussions and contribute to open-source DeFi projects to foster innovation and collaboration.
• Provide timely troubleshooting and debugging support in live environments to maintain platform stability and reliability.
• Document integration processes and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and streamline onboarding for new team members.
• Adhere to regulatory requirements and compliance standards relevant to decentralized finance and blockchain technology.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. (Preferred)
• Proven experience (X years) developing and integrating blockchain solutions for DeFi protocols, with a focus on swaps and Dex aggregators.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, or similar for smart contract development.
• Strong grasp of blockchain technology, including Ethereum, Binance Smart Chain, or other relevant platforms.
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols such as Uniswap, SushiSwap, PancakeSwap, and Dex aggregators like 1inch Exchange.
• Experience with Web3.js, Ethers.js, or similar libraries for interacting with blockchain networks.
• Deep understanding of decentralized finance concepts, including liquidity pools, automated market makers (AMMs), and decentralized autonomous organizations (DAOs).
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a keen analytical mindset for tackling complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work effectively with diverse team members.
• Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipelines is advantageous.
