Who Were Looking For:

Experience in recruitment or B2B sales (agency, in-house, or business development but not retail).
Confident communicator happy to engage with clients and candidates via phone and video.
Organised & proactive able to manage recruitment pipelines and client relationships efficiently.
Tech-savvy comfortable using job boards, LinkedIn, CRM systems, and video platforms like Teams/Zoom.
Ambitious & growth-focused interested in building a long-term career in recruitment.
