A prominent healthcare organization in Wales seeks an Operations Manager for a national multi-disciplinary remote assessment service. This role involves providing 24/7 operational leadership, managing diverse teams, and ensuring service excellence through effective communication and leadership. Candidates should have a degree level education, strong leadership experience, and knowledge in budget management. You will have experience of managing a national multi-disciplinary remote assessment service in a team leader role and demonstrate leadership in delivering a safe and effective service through a period of significant structural service change.

Working collaboratively with their respective Clinical Manager the principle role of the post holder is the 24/7 operational leadership of a defined area.
The post holder will provide direction and support nurture and development to all staff within their line management.
The post holder will manage the delivery of works, estates, security and housekeeping at local site
