A leading ski organization is looking for a Third Party Ski School Assistant to join their team. This full-time role involves recruiting ski schools, negotiating contracts, and onboarding them onto the innovative platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for building relationships, be fluent in German and English, and have experience in a sales-focused role. The position offers a salary of £25,400 annually and requires traveling across Europe to meet with potential partners. Start date is ASAP.
Qualifications
- Fluent in German and English, both spoken and written.
- Experience in building relationships and cold outreach.
- Passionate about improving your knowledge in the ski industry.
Responsabilités
- Sign ski schools onto the innovative platform through various outreach methods.
- Negotiate contracts and onboard new ski schools.
- Travel across Europe for in-person meetings with ski school directors.
Connaissances
German speaker
Knowledge of the Austrian ski market
Experience in a sales-focused role
Excellent communication skills
