About the job

Maison Sport is revolutionising the way ski & snowboard instructors work around the world, whilst dramatically improving the customer experience in finding and booking an instructor.

Objective

Recruit ski schools to join Maison Sport on an exclusive basis in resorts across Europe, with a focus on Austrian resorts.

Your role

Your job will be to sign ski schools onto Maison Sport's innovative platform, from cold outreach, to negotiating a contract, through to onboarding them onto the platform.

We’re looking for an outgoing individual with a passion for building and maintaining strong relationships and a native level of spoken and written German and English.

The role will involve working within our Instructor Community team, cold calling or using your or our extensive network, to reach ski school directors. In‑person meetings in ski resorts will be required at times, and you should be willing and happy traveling across Europe on your own or in a team. Once the prospective ski school has indicated they’re interested in joining, you will guide them through the contract and onboarding phase, ensuring they become a revenue contributor to the business.
