Position: Designers

Type: Hourly Contract

Compensation: $50-$70/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: Minimum 1–2 months (with potential for extension)

Commitment: 10–20 hours/week (with potential to increase to 40 hours/week)

• Write, review, and validate prompt-based questions designed to train AI.
• Use your expertise in visual systems, user experiences, or creative strategy to ensure each prompt and response reflects real-world design process thinking, visual literacy, and communication clarity.
• Help shape how AI understands and simulates multi-modal design workflows across various industries (education, retail, architecture, tech, culture).

• A bachelor's degree in design, architecture, education, industrial design, interaction design, or a related field.
• Strong background in creating high-quality visual designs (websites/apps, brand/marketing assets).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Exposure to working with LLMs and GenAI prompting.

• Participate in a short AI interview about your background in creative workflows, user experience planning, and design thinking.
• Share your screen during the interview and walk through a design that showcases your design fundamentals and aesthetic.
• The interview will be followed by a request to share your portfolio.
