Job summary

Qualifications

• Understanding of psychological theory relating to child and adult development.
• Experience working with children, young people or adults with autism or ADHD.
• Familiarity with standardised assessments and clinical or educational reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the administration, scoring and interpretation of assessment tools.
• Communicate sensitively with children and families.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in line with service requirements.

Ability to administer, score and interpret assessments under supervision

Strong analytical and organisational skills

Excellent written communication and report-writing ability

Confident interpersonal skills

Competent use of Microsoft Office

Education

Undergraduate degree in Psychology

Eligibility for Graduate Basis for Chartered Membership with BPS
