We have done this by creating a fully automated language tutorship experience powered by generative AI Avatars.

After raising $30 million in Series‑A funding, we are growing and looking for a Senior UA Manager (Data + AI Native) to join us! We are a global small team of 50 innovators who are pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in language learning and tutoring.

In this fast‑paced environment we like independent self‑starters who can work well in a team as well as unassisted and who enjoy the working environment of an early‑stage startup.

About the role

Own user acquisition end to end across paid channels. Use data and AI workflows to scale profitable growth while keeping CAC stable and predictable.

Core Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy and Execution
  • Design, launch, and manage media campaigns across Web funnels, UAC, Meta, TikTok, and other channels.

  • Translate growth targets (CAC, ROAS, payback) into channel strategy, testing plans, and scaling rules.

  • Build playbooks per channel: structure, bidding, creatives, landing flows, pacing.

Audience Targeting and Segmentation
  • Create, test, and iterate audience segments based on performance data and product signals.

  • Continuously refine targeting to increase lead quality and downstream LTV.

  • Own geo expansion logic and audience mapping by market maturity.

Data, Measurement, and Decision Making
  • Own measurement stack inputs and daily decision cadence using platform data and analytics tools.

  • Diagnose performance changes fast (attribution shifts, creative fatigue, auction dynamics, funnel issues).

  • Set clear success metrics per experiment and enforce honest readouts.

Budget Management and Scaling
  • Manage and optimize budget allocation across channels to maximize impact and efficiency.

  • Scale winners aggressively, cap risk fast, maintain clean pacing and guardrails.

  • Own forecasts, spend plans, and marginal ROAS based scaling decisions.

Creative Leadership with Performance Lens
  • Run the creative machine jointly with the creative team: priorities, briefs, velocity targets.

  • Ensure every creative output is built for the platform and tied to a testable hypothesis.

  • Own performance by creative dimension: hook, message, format, angle, persona, localization.

AI‑Driven UA Operations
  • Use AI for ideation, scripting, copy, variants, localization, and rapid iteration.

  • Build repeatable workflows that increase output, speed, and consistency with AI tools.

  • Systematize learnings into prompts, templates, and reusable creative modules.

Testing and Learning System
  • Run a structured testing framework across creatives, audiences, offers, and funnels.

  • Kill losers fast, scale winners, and document why.

  • Maintain a living playbook of learnings and current “what works” by channel and geo.

Trend Monitoring and Platform Updates
  • Track platform changes, algorithm shifts, and competitive moves across Web funnels, UAC, Meta, TikTok.

  • React quickly with new tests, creative refreshes, and bidding/structure adjustments.

Cross‑Functional Work
  • Partner tightly with growth, product, brand, and data teams.

  • Feed acquisition insights into onboarding, paywall, pricing, and retention priorities.

  • Align UA strategy with organic loops so paid spend gets stronger over time, not weaker.

What we are looking for from you
Requirements
  • 5–7 years in paid ads performance marketing (TikTok, Meta, Google Ads, ASA) for mobile apps.

  • Proven performance‑driven mindset.

  • Strong data literacy.

  • Hands‑on AI tools usage, experience with automating pipelines using AI.

  • High ownership, low ego.

  • Ready for hard work.
