Job summary
A national quality assurance body is seeking a Review Development Officer to enhance review management processes. This full-time position involves analyzing current processes, creating guidelines, and implementing improvements. Ideal candidates will have experience in higher education or quality assurance, strong analytical skills, and the ability to convey complex information clearly. The role offers flexibility and a competitive salary package between £41,310 and £52,020 per annum.
Qualifications
- Experience in process development and implementation within higher education or quality assurance.
- Ability to turn complex information into clear guidance and training.
- Strong organizational skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Analyse and document existing review processes.
- Develop infrastructure and resources for review management.
- Support implementation of continuous improvement across reviews.
