A leading engineering firm is looking for a BIM Coordinator to enhance their Delivery team focused on the water sector. The role involves managing digital modeling and supporting BIM technicians to ensure compliance with project requirements. Candidates should have an engineering degree and extensive knowledge of relevant software like Revit and Civil3D. This position offers the possibility of remote work.
Our client is looking to strengthen their Delivery team with a BIM Coordinator in the water sector, with remote working available. Well look to you to manage the digital modelling for a group of projects, by managing BIM technicians to create models that comply with the project requirements and BIM procedures. You'll collaborate within project teams to produce design and BIM models and ensure the quality and data integrity of intelligent 3D models, by undertaking checks and verifications of the models, to achieve compliance with the BIM standards, procedures, and guidelines. You'll provide line management, guidance and support to assigned BIM staff. Grow your professional internal and external networks with a multitude of partners that form Alliance. Work to broaden your skills by working collaboratively with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, Procurement, Stakeholder Management, Environmental & Planning, and Construction Managers.
To join us on the team, you'll hold an engineering diploma, degree, or equivalent. Have extensive experience in both mechanical and civil disciplines with proven proficiency in either, or a combination of: Plant3D, Civil3D, Revit, Navisworks, and Recap software. You'll have experience of water-sector assets and delivering capital projects and experience of design & Build environment is preferred. You'll demonstrate compliance with the organisations business ethics, a respectful attitude to others within the alliance and customers, the need to protect our reputation, and integrity. You'll foster good collaboration and communication with project teams and effective personal and social skills, and champion diversity and inclusion.
