The Elastic Search AI Platform, used by more than 50% of the Fortune 500, brings together the precision of search and the intelligence of AI to enable everyone to accelerate the results that matter. By taking advantage of all structured and unstructured data — securing and protecting private information more effectively — Elastic’s complete, cloud‑based solutions for search, security, and observability help organizations deliver on the promise of AI.

What Is The Role

We’re looking for a People Analytics Partner to join our HR Analytics team at Elastic. You’ll collaborate with leaders to translate strategy into insights, recommend actions, and define how success is measured. This role blends analytics consulting, survey science, technical savviness, and storytelling to help leaders make confident, evidence‑based talent decisions about our people and programs.

What You Will Be Doing
Turn data into decisions
  • Partner with HRBPs and global business leaders to identify high‑impact opportunities, define hypotheses, and scope analytics projects that align to company priorities.
  • Deliver end-to-end analysis, from intake through execution and measurement, turning data into actionable recommendations.
  • Drive confidence by creating clear, tailored insights that elevate decision quality across programs and talent strategies.
  • Consult, advise and influence project prioritization based on impact to Elasticians and our business.
Lead lifecycle survey programs
  • Design, evolve and deploy our employee lifecycle survey strategy, aligned to Elastic's priorities.
  • Perform analyses in Glint and connect Elastician feedback to outcomes and actions across tools and datasets.
Enable the future of a data driven HR
  • Bring customer voice and business context back to build tools, dashboards, and AI-powered self‑service experiences that scale globally.
  • Grow data proficiency across the organization by building self‑service content and training leaders to use AI‑enabled insights.
What You Bring
  • 6–8 years of global experience in HR/People Analytics or a related field with strong consulting success.
  • Deep expertise designing, deploying, and analyzing employee lifecycle surveys (e.g., Glint, Culture Amp, Qualtrics), with a strong grasp of survey methodology, measurement, and action planning.
  • Broad understanding of HR programs and metrics across the employee lifecycle.
  • A builder’s approach, comfortable crafting solutions, frameworks, and processes in a fast‑evolving analytics environment.
  • Proven record of translating business strategy into data questions and measurable outcomes.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (One Model, Visier, Tableau, Power BI) and comfort querying data (SQL, R, or Python a plus).
  • Strong storytelling and presentation skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Experience across geographies and time zones, tailoring insights to diverse audiences.
  • Curiosity about AI and how it can simplify insight delivery and decision support.
Benefits
  • Competitive pay based on the work you do here and not your previous salary
  • Health coverage for you and your family in many locations
  • Ability to craft your calendar with flexible locations and schedules for many roles
  • Generous number of vacation days each year
  • We match up to $2000 (or local currency equivalent) for financial donations and service
  • Up to 40 hours each year to use toward volunteer projects you love
  • Embracing parenthood with minimum of 16 weeks of parental leave
