Job summary
A global analytics firm is seeking a Senior Analyst for their Collections and Credit Control team. This role focuses on timely collection of payments and optimizing cash flow for clients across various regions. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of Credit Control experience, excellent customer service skills, and strong Excel capabilities. This position offers full-time remote work and is integral to maintaining effective communication with both customers and colleagues.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of Credit Control experience.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Excellent customer service skills over the phone and face-to-face.
Responsibilities
- Chase overdue accounts and invoices by phone and email.
- Account reconciliations and maintenance.
- Ensure Monthly Cash Collection targets are met.
