A leading industrial solutions provider seeks a National Sales Manager to lead a team of sales professionals. You will drive growth through effective strategies and lead generation while traveling extensively across the UK. Ideal candidates have proven sales experience and knowledge of industrial markets. Your role

If you’re a passionate and driven sales professional, we’d love you to join us as National Sales Manager in our Industrial Air division.
Leading and motivating a dynamic team of 12 remote salespeople across the UK.
Driving growth through market presence, lead generation, and continuous competence development.
Developing and implementing strategies to accelerate sales, while adapting and improving them over time.
Taking full responsibility for Industrial Air sales
Building strong relationships with product companies, staying current with developments and providing feedback to improve offerings.
Travelling extensively across the UK (80%+) and occasionally abroad to support your team and meet customer needs.
