A growing fintech company in the UK is seeking a Senior Partnerships Lead to build and manage the partnerships function. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in business development, specifically in fintech or B2B SaaS. Responsibilities include onboarding new partners and developing collaboration strategies to drive growth. This fully remote role offers autonomy and a chance to make a significant impact within a fast-paced environment.
£70-90k + commission / benefits
Are you passionate about driving growth through strategic partnerships in the fintech space? This is an opportunity to create and take full ownership of a new partnership function within a fast‑moving business that protects online businesses from fraud and revenue loss.
A high growth fintech scale up providing tools that help eCommerce and digital businesses reduce chargebacks, prevent fraud, and protect their revenue. Born from the need to handle payment disputes more efficiently, the company delivers proactive chargeback prevention, monitoring, and resolution solutions to clients ranging from small merchants to large digital platforms.
As Partnerships Lead, you’ll join us to establish and create, develop and own the full lifecycle of the company’s partner ecosystem — from identifying and securing new relationships to nurturing and scaling them into long‑term commercial growth drivers. This position offers significant autonomy, creative freedom, and a clear path to leadership within the fintech partnership space. You will create and lead a compelling and successful partnership / channel opportunity and successfully sell it to relevant target accounts.
You’ll have hands‑on experience creating a partnerships or channel strategy from scratch, shaping the approach, building relationships, and delivering measurable results. We want someone who can show us how they’ve done it before and do it again here.
