A reputable architecture firm is seeking an experienced Architect to work on healthcare projects. This role offers a unique opportunity to work almost entirely remotely until early/mid 2026, leading to a potential office opening in Manchester. Ideal candidates will possess ARB/RIBA registration and a minimum of 1 year of experience. You will oversee projects from inception to completion and be pivotal in shaping healthcare architecture in the area.

Conrad Consulting are looking for an experienced Architect with experience working on healthcare projects. *This role offers a unique chance to work almost completely remotely until early/mid 2026 future, until this reputable practice opens a new office in Manchester city centre*

This position is perfect for a Project Architect or Senior Project Architect Architect eager to grow into a job-running role within a dynamic and expanding team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be part of exciting new projects across Manchester and the North-West. Your expertise will be pivotal in shaping the future of healthcare architecture in the area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supporting senior colleagues on Healthcare-sector schemes (Hospitals, etc).
• Attending site meetings.
• Confidently liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards.
• Oversee projects from inception to completion.

Skills and Experience Required:

• ARB/RIBA registration.
• A minimum of 1 years post-qualifications experience.
• Strong technical knowledge and site experience, ideally having seen a project through to completion.
• Proficiency in Revit.
• Experience/knowledge of Healthcare-sector Architecture would be advantageous.
• Motivated & A proven Self-starter - This role will initially be remote based, so a commitment to meeting deadlines whilst working remotely is key.

As this successful national practice grows into the North-West, there could be significant room for growth into a Senior level role in the near future.
