Customer Advocacy Lead — AI/Data Solutions (Remote)
Job summary
A global leader in AI data storage is seeking a Customer Advocacy Manager to be the main contact for strategic customers, ensuring a positive support experience. The role requires at least 5 years of experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Ideal candidates will also bring familiarity with SFDC and Agile methodologies. Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Familiarity with product roadmaps and support processes.

Responsibilities
- Act as a conduit of communication between the customer and Technical Support.
- Be the customer advocate; ensure smooth support experience.
- Generate monthly metrics and assist in the preparation of Quarterly Business Reviews.
