Remote Health & Wellbeing Coach – Evening Role
Job summary
A community health service provider in the UK is seeking a Health and Wellbeing Coach to offer health coaching and care coordination in West Essex. The candidate will independently run workshops and conduct one-on-one sessions, assisting NHS service users facing mental health challenges. Ideal applicants will have a level 3 qualification in personal training and experience in delivering exercise classes. This full-time remote role includes a commitment to client wellbeing and diversity in service delivery.

Qualifications
- Minimum level 3 accreditation in personal training or exercise instruction (such as REPs or CIMSPA).
- Willingness to work Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday evening 12-8pm.
- Experience in a team and individually.
Responsibilities
- Run health & wellbeing workshops/exercise classes for NHS service users.
- Conduct health & lifestyle initial appointments and 1-1 sessions via phone or video.
- Contribute to the Healthy Living Healthy Minds programme development.
