Job summary
A leading technology consultancy in the UK is seeking a Senior Systems IT Trainer to facilitate the rollout of Construction, Commercial, and Design Systems to business users. This immediate role requires delivering high-quality training, developing structured learning plans, and collaborating with project managers and stakeholders. A proven background in IT Systems Training and the ability to create engaging materials are essential. The position involves travel across the UK.
Qualifications

My leading client is looking to recruit Senior Systems IT Trainer, you will play a central role in ensuring the successful rollout and embedding of a range of Construction, Commercial and Design Systems to a range of business users.
You must of delivering high-quality training solutions tailored to the needs of end users. You will develop and implement structured learning plans for each system, applying instructional design principles and learning theories to create engaging, accessible, and effective training experiences.
You will work closely with project managers, stakeholders, and external system developers to define training standards and ensure consistency across all learning materials. Acting as a subject-matter expert, you will contribute to training needs analysis, e-learning development, and training assessments
This is an immediate role and will involve UK travel so please apply if you tick all the boxes and have a proven IT Systems Training background.
