A leading Microsoft Cloud Solution Partner in the UK is looking for a Senior Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to support HR functions during a period of transformation. This remote role involves managing HR operations, complying with UK employment law, and embedding HR initiatives successfully. The ideal candidate should have a CIPD Level 5 qualification and strong interpersonal skills. Unlimited annual leave, private healthcare, and flexible working are included as benefits.

- Ensure HR practices comply with current employment legislation.
