We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Coordinator to work across all departments of The Jockey Club Group to provide structured project support. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth planning, execution, and governance of strategic projects by maintaining organisation, efficiency, and communication across teams.

The Project Coordinator will
  • Support the administration and co-ordination of multiple strategic projects.
  • Maintain and ensure compliance across governance frameworks and reporting requirements.
  • Provide organisational support to cross-divisional initiatives and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and status updates.
  • Monitor and track project progress, maintaining key records and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Organise and co-ordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to support project planning, risk management, and issue resolution.
  • Maintain an organised system for tracking project dependencies and deliverables.
  • Support post-project evaluation and benefit realisation tracking.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency within project administration.
About you
  • Hold a Full driving licence
  • Proven experience in an administrative or project co-ordination role.
  • Experience in supporting project management, governance, or event planning is an advantage.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise workloads, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, particularly in preparing reports and documentation
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify risk and improvement opportunities.
