Working Style: Your work style will be a mobile hybrid worker in this role, which gives you the flexibility to work from home and from a variety of Council workplaces.

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our team as an Accountancy Assistant within the Finance Department of the Council.

The successful candidate will gain a wealth of experience in finance and will have the opportunity to train in a relevant accountancy qualification.

The role is based with the Environment Finance Team and will provide financial support to team colleagues and budget officers from the Environment Directorate.

About you: You will be given the opportunity to study AAT/complete AAT and eventually an accountancy qualification and experience of working for local government.
