Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Senior-Level Vehicle Technician.
- Confident working under compliance frameworks and workshop safety procedures.
- Experience working with a variety of makes and models.
Responsibilities
- Carrying out in-depth VSI inspections and complex repairs.
- Diagnosing faults using advanced diagnostic equipment.
- Collaborating with the in-house parts team.
Skills
Role: Master Technician
Location: Port Talbot
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am – 5:30pm | Alternating Saturdays, 8am – 1pm
Salary: Up to £43,225

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technician to take their skills to the next level — delivering complex diagnostic and specialist repair work, whilst ensuring the highest quality standards and safety compliance.
- Carrying out in-depth VSI inspections and complex repairs across a wide range of vehicle makes and models
- Diagnosing faults using advanced diagnostic equipment
- Completing all repair documentation accurately in line with legal and company standards
- Working to DVSA and manufacturer compliance
- Collaborating with the in-house parts team to produce job lists and authorisations
- Supporting a safe and well-organised workshop environment
- Ensuring all road-tested vehicles are covered under trade plates and meet road-legal standards
- Proven experience as a Senior-Level Vehicle Technician
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
- High attention to detail with strong record-keeping standards
- Confident working under compliance frameworks and workshop safety procedures
- Experience working with a variety of makes and models
- A proactive, can-do attitude with a commitment to quality workmanship
