Regional BMS Technical Consultant - UK (Car/Bonus)
Job summary
A leading provider of building automation solutions is seeking a Regional Technical Consultant to support specifying and design activities in the building and construction industry. You will utilize your expertise to enhance business relationships with engineers and building owners, while preparing specifications for building management systems. The role requires previous experience in building automation, knowledge of HVAC systems, and a willingness to travel across the UK. - Previous experience in building management systems, preferably in a consulting or engineering role.
- Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, and other smart building systems.
- A strong network of BMS industry and consulting engineer contacts.
- CEM and LEED AP accreditation a plus.
- Willingness to travel across the UK.
Responsibilities
- Support sales team members with training and technical assistance.
- Prepare specifications and designs for BMS & controls.
- Act as a subject matter expert for the Sales Team and customers.
- Enhance business relationships with Engineers, Building Owners, Developers.
- Drive preference for our solutions.
