A leading healthcare provider seeks a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to provide clinical supervision to therapists through telehealth services. This role emphasizes clinical consistency and therapist growth while maintaining high care standards. The ideal candidate will hold an active New York LMFT license and possess at least 2 years of post-licensure experience. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000 – $120,000 per year
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: New York
As an LMFT supervisor, you will support therapists working with individuals, couples, and families through telehealth services. Your role focuses on strengthening clinical consistency, supporting therapist growth, and maintaining high standards of care across virtual practice.
- Provide clinical supervision to therapists serving relational and family systems
- Review treatment planning and session documentation
- Offer guidance on complex family dynamics and ethical concerns
- Ensure services align with New York LMFT practice regulations
- Maintain a small direct caseload as part of supervisory responsibilities
- Active New York LMFT license
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years post-licensure experience
- Background in supervision or clinical leadership
- Experience with telehealth service delivery
- 2 weeks paid time off
