About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced Media Buyer with a proven track record in lead generation for the USA market. We’re keeping the niche open to connect with top talent from diverse industries. If you’ve successfully planned, launched, and optimized paid campaigns that delivered high-quality leads, we want to hear your story.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns (Facebook, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other platforms) focused on generating leads.
  • Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and cost-per-lead efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our team to design winning creatives, ad copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Track, measure, and report on performance with actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in media buying for lead generation in the USA market.
  • English level B2+ (upper-intermediate or higher) — must be able to communicate effectively with an international team and clients.
  • Ability to share past campaign results, case studies, or examples of work.
  • Strong understanding of ad tracking, attribution, and A/B testing.
  • Data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and effective communication, with a collaborative approach.
