About the Role: We’re seeking an experienced Media Buyer with a proven track record in lead generation for the USA market. If you’ve successfully planned, launched, and optimized paid campaigns that delivered high-quality leads, we want to hear your story.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns (Facebook, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other platforms) focused on generating leads.
  • Test, analyze, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and cost-per-lead efficiency.
  • Collaborate with our team to design winning creatives, ad copy, and targeting strategies.
  • Track, measure, and report on performance with actionable insights.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in media buying for lead generation in the USA market.
  • English level B2+ (upper-intermediate or higher) — must be able to communicate effectively with an international team and clients.
  • Ability to share past campaign results, case studies, or examples of work.
  • Strong understanding of ad tracking, attribution, and A/B testing.
  • Data-driven mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Clear and effective communication, with a collaborative approach.
Nice to Have
