Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 (paid on ability / EV Level)
- Competitive Salary: Up to £50,000 (if you're a Master EV Technician) negotiable based on skill‑set and qualification.
- Work‑Life Balance: Monday to Friday only – Christmas and New Year off.
- Independently run & owned: Work alongside a strong, established Senior Team with social events throughout the year and a full onboarding programme for the first six months.
- Work Environment & Training: Become the best with the latest EV/Electric training at the cutting edge of the Motor Trade.
- Qualification to work safely on vehicles in the UK – ideally Level 3 Light Vehicle and Repair as a minimum.
- The mindset to solve problems, deal with customers and handle yourself independently.
- A driving licence.
