Anchor Point of Hope Counseling Services is adding an individual and marriage therapist to their hybrid in‑person/virtual network. The therapist will provide HIPAA‑compliant video and audio sessions with clients, as well as in‑office visits. Telehealth enables efficient scheduling and client accessibility, while in‑person sessions are preferred for some clients.

Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and couples therapy using evidence‑based practices (CBT, ACT, DBT, CPT, Motivational Interviewing, trauma‑informed approaches).
• Provide therapy both virtually and in‑person, maintaining a flexible schedule.
• Create and maintain a professional reputation to build a client base.
• Complete required paperwork, including ethical diagnosis and insurance billing for individual and couple services.
• Adhere to professional board ethical standards and follow state regulations.
• Collaborate with other clinicians, supervise newer staff, and contribute to company culture and growth.
