Sales Engineer (Electronic Test & Measurement)

Salary: Up to £50,000 + Uncapped Commission (Realistic OTE £65,000+) + Car + Pension + Holiday + Phone + Laptop

Location: M4 Corridor – Bristol to Slough

We are seeking a Sales Engineer for a successful and well-established company specializing in electronic test and measurement, as well as power system solutions. This role offers the opportunity to earn an excellent overall salary package within a new business sales environment.

The ideal candidate will have sales experience, preferably in electronics, electrical, physics, or capital equipment sales. Candidates with knowledge of test & measurement or instrumentation equipment will have a significant advantage.

This role involves working across a designated territory, responsible for driving new business, networking, and growing and maintaining existing accounts. The products are used in sectors such as education, automotive, aerospace, and R&D manufacturing. You will engage with SMEs to blue-chip organizations, working from home, scheduling face-to-face meetings, and managing profit margins and negotiations.
