Job summary
A construction recruitment agency is seeking a Site/Senior Site Manager for a flagship residential project in Bolton city centre. The scheme consists of a multi-storey block with 400 units, including apartments and a hotel. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing similar large residential schemes, especially in hi-rise buildings. This role offers a competitive salary package, including a car allowance and bonuses, with full-time hours. Immediate interviews available for an ASAP start.

- Oversee the construction of a flagship residential project.

- Ensure project milestones are met in a timely manner.

The scheme is a multi‑storey block of 400 units, including a 5‑storey steel frame block with 98 apartments, a posh hotel and a hi‑rise element for 2027.
It offers a solid package with salary £48,000‑£55,000 per year, a car allowance, a bonus and many other benefits.
- Experience building steel frame or LWSF apartment blocks.
- Experience on similar large residential schemes.
- Preferably worked on multi‑storey or hi‑rise projects.
- Car allowance.
