Role : Junior Account Manager

Salary : £30,000 + OTE

Hybrid working

Our client is a leading research and insights business that helps organisations make informed decisions using real customer and market data. They partner with companies across multiple sectors including luxury industries such as superyachts and aviation delivering projects that shape strategy, improve customer experience, and guide commercial direction.

This is a brilliant opportunity for a graduate or early-career professional who loves working with people, solving problems, and getting stuck into fast-moving projects. No prior experience is needed, you’ll receive full training, mentorship and ongoing support .

What You’ll Be Doing
Client Support
  • Assist senior account managers in looking after a portfolio of clients
  • Keep clients updated on project progress, timelines, and deliverables
  • Help maintain positive, long-term client relationships
Project Coordination
  • Support research projects from initial brief through to final delivery
  • Work closely with internal research and operations teams
  • Keep tasks, timelines, and project updates organised and on track
Research & Insights
  • Help prepare materials such as questionnaires and briefing documents
  • Support data checking and contribute to insight summaries
  • Learn how research findings turn into clear recommendations for clients
Team & Organisation
  • Keep project information accurate and up to date
  • Assist with admin and reporting tasks linked to client work
  • Contribute to a collaborative and supportive team culture
