The scheme is a multi‑storey block of 400 units, including a 5‑storey steel frame block with 98 apartments, a posh hotel and a hi‑rise element for 2027.

It offers a solid package with salary £48,000‑£55,000 per year, a car allowance, a bonus and many other benefits.
