If you got a message from me asking if you were interested in the following Project Manager position, youd be mad not to have at least a chat wouldnt you?Wed be talking about a brand-new flagship site of 400 residential units in Bolton city centre. A good 4 years work on the one site.A simple chain of command reporting directly into the owners. A TRUE Project Manager role in that youll be coordinating several site teams.Loads of variety and complexity with different types of tenures and methods of construction. A wider role that also sees you dealing with the clients and social and community elements of the site.And importantly, a top package thatll stretch up to Contracts Manager levels of dollar for the right person.

This iconic project has been years in planning and is now ready to go.Ideally, youd have worked on similar projects i.e. multi-phased developments that consist of apartments and houses and ideally with different methods of construction (steel frame, traditional build, reinforced concrete). Youll have come from a contractor background (think Seddon, Vistry, Lovell etc) but that doesnt mean youll be solely working with people with a similar background this company welcomes all sorts of personnel with a good, strong residential skillset.
