However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales who are also flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
We specialize in life insurance to protect families' different needs, focusing on those with average income and health. We have many requests for insurance through our niche market but not enough agents to meet these demands.
This is a commissions-only role! The commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure that allows associates to earn $600 for just one sale.
We offer comprehensive training to help you sell policies efficiently. You will receive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! If you're interested in growing an agency, we can support that within months.
