Job summary
A leading mobility solutions provider is seeking a service engineer to support customer needs in London and the South of England. This home-based role involves servicing and commissioning fire alarm systems, maintaining customer relations, and balancing multiple tasks effectively. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in fire alarm maintenance and a full UK driving licence. - To work closely with other team members on-site or remotely, to ensure staff can effectively address client and company requirements.
- To prioritise customer requirements & demands and be the main point of contact for our customers.
- Service and commission security systems including Fire Alarms in line with manufacturer and industry standards.
- Assist small works & projects departments with the production of quotes and completion of works including surveys, installation & commissioning.
- Be part of an out of hours callout rota, shared with the other engineers within the team.
- Travelling to our customer sites in and around London and South of England.
- Experience in the servicing and maintenance of fire alarms is a prerequisite.
- Possessing a good level of commercial skill balanced with customer focus.
- Experience of working with multiple customers and being able to balance workload with prioritisation of tasks.
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Service and Commissioning experience of PAVA and EVC systems would be a bonus
