• Curriculum Adaptation: Develop and deliver engaging English lessons tailored to the diverse learning needs of students with SEN.
• Literacy Support: Implement and adapt literacy frameworks to maximise student progress.
• Inclusive Classroom: Create a positive, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Effective Classroom Management: Employ proven strategies to maintain a focused and productive learning environment.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS): Essential.
• SEN Experience: Minimum 6 months experience teaching students with SEN (Experience with Autism, ADHD, SLD, and PMLD highly desirable).
• DBS Check: Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
• Right to Work: Legal right to work in the UK.
