Operations Manager - Nottingham
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join us on a permanent basis. The reason for this role is real growth; Ocado has recently secured a go-ahead for a Nottinghamshire distribution centre.
Operations Managers lead the business unit through the use of Key Performance Indicators by successfully operating and optimising Ocado’s platforms to deliver maximum client and customer value. They are key to the bottom line performance of the Spoke site and driving a positive employee and customer experience.
Operations Managers lead and motivate to drive and develop all aspects of business unit activities on-site and on the road.

It is the responsibility of the Operations Manager to effectively plan resources and all other associated costs in line with budgets and business objectives.
