A reputable healthcare organization in the UK is seeking a qualified psychological therapist to provide high-quality psychological assessments and interventions for adults with severe mental health problems. The role requires excellent communication skills and experience in evidence-based therapeutic approaches. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring services meet national guidance. - Must demonstrate experience in evidence-based approaches such as CBT, EMDR, DBT, etc.
- Proven ability to manage and support psychological therapists.
- Must travel independently between sites.
Responsabilités
- Deliver psychological assessments and interventions for adults with complex mental health needs.
- Provide supervision and management support to other psychological therapists.
- Consult and guide colleagues in the CMHT.
