Overview

Our Home First & Reablement service supports people to return home after a stay in hospital. This helps them continue their recovery in their own surroundings by regaining their ability to live independently. We are expanding and looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals who want to work with people in their communities.

Responsibilities
  • Provide practical, sometimes personal and intimate care, including washing, dressing, and cooking meals.
  • Help patients access community services and arrange delivery services.
  • Improve mobility and balance so patients can safely use steps or stairs, walk indoors and outdoors, or use transport.
  • Occasionally drive patients to appointments as required (full UK Driving Licence and business‑use vehicle required).
Qualifications & Skills
  • Enjoy working with people and understand what motivates them.
  • Comfortable providing personal care and willing to learn.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • No prior caring experience required; we provide training and a structured development plan including the Care Certificate.
Career Development

We offer a permanent position with full and part‑time options. Starting at pay band 2 with potential to progress to pay band 3 upon completion of the Care Certificate. Training is provided and you can undertake an apprenticeship alongside the role.
