Primary Class Teacher - Year 4
Location: Swanage, Dorset
Full-Time | Fixed Term (until the end of the academic year) | Permanent for the Right Candidate
Salary: Competitive, depending on experience

GSL Education is excited to present a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Primary Class Teacher to join a wonderful primary school in Swanage. This is a full-time teaching role for a Year 4 class, starting immediately, with the position being fixed-term until the end of this academic year. However, there is the potential for a permanent contract for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivering engaging and creative lessons to Year 4 students.
• Providing a nurturing and supportive classroom environment that promotes learning and personal development.
• Planning and preparing high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
• Assessing, tracking, and reporting on students’ progress.
• Building positive relationships with parents and carers to ensure the best outcomes for the children.
• Collaborating with a supportive and experienced team of educators.

About You:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
• Passionate about teaching and nurturing young minds.
• Strong understanding of the National Curriculum especially KS2.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with children, staff, and parents.
• A creative and flexible approach to teaching.
