GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic and committed SEN Teacher to join a dedicated and nurturing Special School in Eastleigh, catering to secondary-aged students with a wide range of learning needs. The school is committed to creating a supportive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every student can thrive, both academically and personally.

You will play a vital role in delivering differentiated lessons that meet individual learning goals, whilst working closely with support staff, therapists, and parents.

• Teach a small class of up to 12 students, allowing for focused, individualised support
• Deliver a broad and engaging curriculum across multiple subjects
• Follow a Primary Model teaching approach within a specialist setting
• Access a comprehensive induction programme to help you settle into the role
• Receive ongoing support through established and robust support systems

• Qualified and experienced as a Primary School Teacher or in teaching a broad range of subjects
• Hold Qualified Teaching Status: PGCE with QTS or working towards QTS
• Passionate about working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Able to adapt teaching methods to suit learners with diverse needs and abilities
• Committed to delivering the Primary Curriculum to secondary-aged students
• Motivated to inspire, support, and make a meaningful impact in a specialist setting

• Have the right to work in the UK.
• Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
• Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education
