What you'll be doing:

Organise and supervise the unit according to Compass Group UK & Ireland standards, contract specifications, and regulations. Manage resources effectively, oversee food preparation and service, and ensure quality and efficiency.

• Previous experience in contract catering
• Effective communication and motivation of staff
• Responsibility for food safety and health & safety procedures
• Regular communication with the client
• Implementing action plans based on customer feedback
• Promoting the unit and representing Compass Group
• Managing stakeholders and ensuring service standards
• Innovating and operating within budget
• Meeting customer expectations
